The Real Me
I am Krishna Karki, dedicated and results-driven Physiotherapist with extensive experience in rehabilitation, patient care, and therapeutic techniques. Passionate about improving patients’ quality of life through evidence-based treatments.
My journey into the world of physiotherapy began not in a city clinic, but in the serene hills of Sindhuli, Nepal—a remote region where access to medical care was scarce, but my dreams were vast.
From a young age, I was drawn to the medical field. I witnessed firsthand the challenges people in rural areas faced due to a lack of healthcare services. That experience planted a seed of purpose in me—to become someone who could restore movement, reduce pain, and bring hope through healing hands.
Determined to make that vision a reality, I pursued my Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies (VISTAS). My dedication, academic discipline, and deep passion for helping others led me to not only graduate with honors but also earn the Gold Medal for academic excellence and clinical innovation.
Fueled by the desire to specialize further, I advanced to complete my Master of Physiotherapy in Neurology at the same institute—once again graduating as a Gold Medalist. My focus in neurorehabilitation reflects my deep commitment to supporting individuals who face complex neurological challenges, helping them regain independence and rediscover the joy of movement.
Today, as a physiotherapist, I bring empathy, expertise, and unwavering dedication to every patient I meet. I believe that recovery is not just physical—it’s emotional and deeply personal. That belief drives my approach: one that combines scientific precision with genuine compassion.
Whether I’m working with a stroke survivor, someone with spinal cord injuries, or a person simply seeking a better quality of life, my mission remains the same—to help people move better, feel stronger, and live fuller lives.
